Will is very proactive in keeping residents informed about important updates, such as maintenance schedules or changes to building policies. Will consistently demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of his role. He handles requests efficiently and with care, and he maintains a calm, positive attitude even in stressful situations. It's clear that he takes his responsibilities seriously and strives to ensure everything runs smoothly for the residents. Will is always approachable, polite, and respectful. I’ve never felt uncomfortable raising any concerns with him, as he listens attentively and responds with genuine care. Whenever I need support management and the service department have been there for me to resolve any issues or problems in my apartment. Lauren was incredible and I feel William will continue with that level of service and support.
