Pro : - Modern and very nice looking inside apartments . - Management is great - Appliances are all new - Amenities are great and come in clutch - Cvs and Ralphs next door Cons : - Train that is constantly running 24/7 annoying. Very loud - Walls are some what thin - Realistically atwater village - You have to pay for your own parking spot - Rent $ is way to high for its location.
