The apartment building had a tranquil vibe with friendly neighbors and an excellent staff. Lauren, the building manager, is notably adept and personable. Bathroom fixtures are of budget quality, featuring subpar toilets and sinks. The kitchen sink is shallow, causing water splashing during dishwashing. On a positive note, the community is equipped with a convenient coffee machine, and there's a natural beehive maintained by a beekeeper, providing natural organic honey for residents, which I thought was unique and delightful. The central location is a major advantage, offering proximity to CVS, VONS, and dollar king. Overall, my experience has been positive.

When we first moved into the building the management company at the time was horrible and basically non existent. Once Lauren and the new management company took over they made a complete difference. All our needs and concerns are always addressed immediately. The whole staff is great is well.

Pro : - Modern and very nice looking inside apartments . - Management is great - Appliances are all new - Amenities are great and come in clutch - Cvs and Ralphs next door Cons : - Train that is constantly running 24/7 annoying. Very loud - Walls are some what thin - Realistically atwater village - You have to pay for your own parking spot - Rent $ is way to high for its location.

We’ve been residents here for almost two years and have experienced the shift in management first hand. No complaints. The resident manager (Lauren) and the maintenance team (Victor and Melvin) are always responsive and super accommodating. There hasn’t been an issue I’ve had that hasn’t been dealt with or managed accordingly.

We have lived here for 2 years now. Been through management shift and covid with The Link. The office staff are very kind and knowledgable, and also it is super pet friendly which a lot of buildings claim but don't live up to. We have a 100 lb pupper for context. It is easy to walk to starbucks or take a quick trip to the Americana. The only cons I have are about the appliances. Our washer has broken a few times. The staff is pretty good about communicating how they are remedying the situation. It just takes a while to get warenty parts fixed. And the a/c unit has a back up drip pipe that goes into the master bath, it can get irritating during summer months.

I enjoyed my time living here soo much! I always felt so safe and the amenities are exceptional. Units have luxurious, modern fixtures with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Always met fun and friendly neighbors at the pool. Lauren in the front office is amazing and truly cares about the tenants.

Bright, colorful, brand new, cheery and fabulous amenities. Everything about this property is first class and the design and finish is amazingly high in quality and functionality. The apartments are beautifully laid out and most generous in their size and top of the line fixtures and finish. They did a great job of maximizing the natural light and using high end materials and construction throughout The common areas and hallways are all luxurious and spacious

I had such a positive experience visiting and moving into this place. First, Ivan is a kind patient man who will answer all your questions and take the time to show and go through all your different options. Noah, the manager, is another helpful person who was diligent through all the document signings and the process of moving. These gentlemen made the move incredibly easy and the apartment complex is in great location.
