Move in back in 2021, great building, great environment, and super chill staff! Lauren the property manager is amazing, always helped us with anything we needed and maintenance never took to long to get completed, which is a big deal for an apartment complex. Overall super great experience and I would definitely recommend Hue39 to anyone looking for this type of apartment .

Moving in was pleasant! The manager Lauren was very nice and super helpful with any questions we've had moving in, it's very pet friendly and so far we are loving it!! Edit: We had a maintenance request placed on a Saturday and got help very quickly and we appreciate the urgency and willingness to help when we needed it! We're a little over 3 months here and it's been pleasant.

PROS: - staff is so friendly and helpful! They really make the residents feel cared about and like they are friends - very pet friendly - location is awesome as you are within a mile of the galleria/americana in one direction and within a mile of the freeway in another - while sharing a parking lot with a CVS that's open 24 hrs. Talk about convenience! - the property is SO well maintained. Carpets cleaned regularly, paint being regularly touched up on walls, windows being washed. I really appreciate that they have staff even picking up debris around the building's exterior. It's nice to feel pride in where you live. - the apartments are very updated (I don't think the building is more than 3 yrs old) so the cabinets, appliances, floors, etc. Are super nice.) - maintenance has hardly been needed but they are super responsive. CONS: - community amenities are not as exciting as other luxury apartments but it's through no fault of Hue39 and I chose it anyway because everything else was so great. Many don't use amenities but I thought I'd mention it. - it's very rare you can enjoy the gym in the evenings because it is overrun with unsupervised children who are using it as a playground and using the equipment as a jungle gym. Super anxiety producing to watch 10 yr olds throwing around weighted gym balls and kettlebells. Barefoot 8 yr olds (some even younger) running full blast on the treadmills and swinging from the tops of the pull up bars, etc. Playing chase and hide and seek around the equipment. etc. I've reported it but I guess mgmts hands are tied somehow. - I miss the community events that other luxury apts have offered. - There is no community communications from mgmt. and community conversations among residents is prohibited. There is no online space, no physical message board, and you aren't allowed to put message on doors. (I understand the last part but that's only even a thought because there is no other way.) I miss what other communities have provided in this area. Neighbors had a way to reach out if they were in need, or a way to offer things they were giving away. Especially as people were moving out or moving in. I think it also makes for a safer community when neighbors know eachother or can reach out to eachother. I've never lived in a community and felt so isolated from my neighbors as we are here. It's actually uncomfortable.

The apartment building had a tranquil vibe with friendly neighbors and an excellent staff. Lauren, the building manager, is notably adept and personable. Bathroom fixtures are of budget quality, featuring subpar toilets and sinks. The kitchen sink is shallow, causing water splashing during dishwashing. On a positive note, the community is equipped with a convenient coffee machine, and there's a natural beehive maintained by a beekeeper, providing natural organic honey for residents, which I thought was unique and delightful. The central location is a major advantage, offering proximity to CVS, VONS, and dollar king. Overall, my experience has been positive.

When we first moved into the building the management company at the time was horrible and basically non existent. Once Lauren and the new management company took over they made a complete difference. All our needs and concerns are always addressed immediately. The whole staff is great is well.

Pro : - Modern and very nice looking inside apartments . - Management is great - Appliances are all new - Amenities are great and come in clutch - Cvs and Ralphs next door Cons : - Train that is constantly running 24/7 annoying. Very loud - Walls are some what thin - Realistically atwater village - You have to pay for your own parking spot - Rent $ is way to high for its location.

We’ve been residents here for almost two years and have experienced the shift in management first hand. No complaints. The resident manager (Lauren) and the maintenance team (Victor and Melvin) are always responsive and super accommodating. There hasn’t been an issue I’ve had that hasn’t been dealt with or managed accordingly.

We have lived here for 2 years now. Been through management shift and covid with The Link. The office staff are very kind and knowledgable, and also it is super pet friendly which a lot of buildings claim but don't live up to. We have a 100 lb pupper for context. It is easy to walk to starbucks or take a quick trip to the Americana. The only cons I have are about the appliances. Our washer has broken a few times. The staff is pretty good about communicating how they are remedying the situation. It just takes a while to get warenty parts fixed. And the a/c unit has a back up drip pipe that goes into the master bath, it can get irritating during summer months.

I enjoyed my time living here soo much! I always felt so safe and the amenities are exceptional. Units have luxurious, modern fixtures with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Always met fun and friendly neighbors at the pool. Lauren in the front office is amazing and truly cares about the tenants.

Bright, colorful, brand new, cheery and fabulous amenities. Everything about this property is first class and the design and finish is amazingly high in quality and functionality. The apartments are beautifully laid out and most generous in their size and top of the line fixtures and finish. They did a great job of maximizing the natural light and using high end materials and construction throughout The common areas and hallways are all luxurious and spacious

I had such a positive experience visiting and moving into this place. First, Ivan is a kind patient man who will answer all your questions and take the time to show and go through all your different options. Noah, the manager, is another helpful person who was diligent through all the document signings and the process of moving. These gentlemen made the move incredibly easy and the apartment complex is in great location.
