Born and Raised in Los Angeles, I've lived in this building for the last few years and it's an easy recommendation. The management crew is incredibly kind and informative. In a rare occurrence, I might have a minor wear and tear issue, but when I need them, the maintenance crew is super quick and responsive (Thanks Erwin!!). It's safe, tidy (and if it's not it's cleaned up asap), and my neighbors are quiet and nice.

This review is specifically for the move-in process. Working with Will to find the right apartment for me was such an easy process. He was attentive and incredibly accommodating, making what could’ve been a stressful process very smooth.

For instance, when I recently reported a plumbing issue, Will ensured that the problem was addressed the very same day, which was incredibly helpful and made a big difference in my living experience. Will is very proactive in keeping residents informed about important updates, such as maintenance schedules or changes to building policies. Will consistently demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of his role. He handles requests efficiently and with care, and he maintains a calm, positive attitude even in stressful situations. It's clear that he takes his responsibilities seriously and strives to ensure everything runs smoothly for the residents. Will is always approachable, polite, and respectful. I’ve never felt uncomfortable raising any concerns with him, as he listens attentively and responds with genuine care. His manner creates an atmosphere of trust and respect, which is very much appreciated. Will has been very timely in addressing both maintenance issues and general resident concerns. His prompt responses and actions have made living here more convenient and stress-free. Overall, I believe Will is doing a great job managing the apartment complex, and I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication.
