Pro : - Modern and very nice looking inside apartments . - Management is great - Appliances are all new - Amenities are great and come in clutch - Cvs and Ralphs next door Cons : - Train that is constantly running 24/7 annoying. Very loud - Walls are some what thin - Realistically atwater village - You have to pay for your own parking spot - Rent $ is way to high for its location.

We’ve been residents here for almost two years and have experienced the shift in management first hand. No complaints. The resident manager (Lauren) and the maintenance team (Victor and Melvin) are always responsive and super accommodating. There hasn’t been an issue I’ve had that hasn’t been dealt with or managed accordingly.

Excellent apartments, well maintenance and very helpful staff. Whenever I have any questions or maintenance request Lauren Lee (management) is always more then happy to help.

We have lived here for 2 years now. Been through management shift and covid with The Link. The office staff are very kind and knowledgable, and also it is super pet friendly which a lot of buildings claim but don't live up to. We have a 100 lb pupper for context. It is easy to walk to starbucks or take a quick trip to the Americana. The only cons I have are about the appliances. Our washer has broken a few times. The staff is pretty good about communicating how they are remedying the situation. It just takes a while to get warenty parts fixed. And the a/c unit has a back up drip pipe that goes into the master bath, it can get irritating during summer months.
